Vendor Information

Each vendor is fully responsible for their own product, including loss by breakage, theft, fire, weather, or other cause of damage to inventory or self.


Each Vendor is responsible for insurance they deem necessary. Food vendors must also have the specified license, certificate of insurance and applicable forms from the Virginia Department of Health. Each vendor is responsible for their tax requirements. All vendors and business need to comply with State of Virginia tax laws. More information is available online at www.tax.virginia.gov.


Failure to comply with these rules will render ineligibility for all future shows.


Vendors and any persons in your parties shall indemnify and hold Puzzled Foundation, Centra, Liberty University contractors, and volunteers harmless from any claim or cause of action arising out of or in connection with the acts or omissions of vendor under this Agreement and shall reimburse Puzzled any costs, including but not limited to, reasonable attorney's fees incurred in defense against any such claim.


The vendor registration fee pays for the rental of the space. Space sizes available are 10x10 or 10x20. Your display must be contained within the rented space. Be prepared to set up in grass. Vendors must supply their own tables, easy ups, & tent weights or stakes. If your tent is not weighted down or staked, you will not be allowed to set up your tent as this is required by the property owners.


This event is rain or shine. NO REFUNDS for rain. Bring any necessary materials needed to protect your goods during inclement weather. Displays must stay assembled and merchandise available for sale during the show hours. No early packing up/departure will be allowed.


NO SPACES WILL BE HELD! NO REFUNDS OFFERED! PAYMENTS CAN ONLY BE SUBMITTED THROUGH THE PAYMENT LINK OR MAIL-IN CHECK OR MEET BLAKE BRYANT WITH CASH!


We will only allow ONE representative per direct sales company. Applications can be emailed to puzzledvendors@gmail.com or submitted here after completion. Vendor applications will be reviewed to ensure that they support the mission of Puzzled.


Preassigned spaces will be provided during check-in on the day of the show. Nothing can be sold, distributed, or displayed that can be construed as unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or profane or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law.


All merchandise being displayed or offered must be of a nature that is acceptable for young children to view or hear according to the mission of Puzzled. Any sale of firearms or weapons will be prohibited.


NO RAFFLES BY VENDORS ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW! Vendors are NOT allowed to share spots or advertise others' business unless approved. If this occurs, you will be asked to leave, and your vendor fee will be forfeited.


Vendors are responsible for collecting and picking up trash in and around their booth areas.

Non-Food Vendor 10 x10 $100

Non-Food Vendor 10 x 20 $150

Food Vendor 10 x 10 $150

Food Vendor 10 x 20 $200
